Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a Risk-Free 21-day Money-Back Guarantee. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, you must first e-mail: email@example.com to begin the returns process. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Shipping, insurance, priority e-mail, and technical support purchases are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tech Magnet™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tech Magnet will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If an item is lost and delivery is unconfirmed, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped which is covered by a shipping insurance policy. Please note, Shipping Insurance is limited to the coverage of one lost order. All additional replacement shipped items are not covered.
Priority e-mail and Technical Support
If an item is returned any priority e-mail or technical support package brought at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at email@example.com
