All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods please allow 3 days for dispatch.

Tech Magnet™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If the parcel is showing as being delivered by the local courier to the correct address, we are not liable to offer a replacement.
In the event we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order and issue a replacement at no charge.
For logistical reasons, items may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if they are from a combined order. In this event, all packages are allocated their own unique Tracking No. that can be tracked here https://techmagnet.net/pages/track-your-order

CUSTOMS & VAT UK
Following the UK's departure from the EU VAT scheme on 1st January 2021, VAT is now charged at the point of sale at the current UK VAT rate of 20%. For all orders placed after 01.01.21, UK VAT will be declared by and is the responsibility of us, the company, in line with the new UK Brexit Legislation.
Customers in the United States can order goods valued up to $800 per day and enjoy duty-free entry to the USA.
Customers in the U.S. should be aware that the de minimis threshold applies to a single product shipped across the border on a single day. Shipments cannot be broken down into smaller parts in order to avoid duties—in other words, a $1,500 item cannot be separated into three $500 shipments in order to meet the de minimis and avoid duties.
